O Instituto Cisne de Ensino e Pesquisa é uma Organização Social Filantrópica e de utilidade pública federal, fundada em 1986.
Nesses mais de 33 anos atendemos mais de meio milhão de pessoas com deficiência mental e outras limitações de autonomia psicossocial, com 1350 atendimentos mensais e 142 atendimentos indiretos.
